Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All orders over $149.99 after all discount have been applied ship free everyday! (To the continental USA only)

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands US, and APO/FPO military addresses?

Yes. Prices will vary based on weight and destination. Prices will be displayed in the cart once you enter contact information and proceed to "Shipping Method". At that point you can decide to proceed with your order or not.  Free shipping offers do not apply to these destinations. 

How long will it take for me to get my order?

We like to ship orders in 1 to 3 days from the day the order was received. Delivery can take from 1 to 5 days. When your order is ready to ship to will be notified by email with tracking/carrier information. During peak business seasons and sales promotions, orders can be delayed at times. In this case you will be notified right away. 

Will you send order confirmations?  

Yes when you place an order with our company you will get an order confirmation within minutes letting you know the order has been received via email.

Do you send shipping/tracking information? 

Yes as soon as your order ships you will be notified right away with the carrier and tracking number. 

Do you offer Expedited or Next Day Shipping? 

We do not offer expedited or next day shipping at this time. If you need an order right away contact us and we will do our best to try to accommodate your request. 

Does your website ship Internationally?

Currently we only ship to Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom

Out of Stock Items

On rare occasions we might be out of stock on an item you ordered. In this case we will take the item off the order and send the rest of the order. We will offer a refund for out of stock items. 

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Orders that are refused upon delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee

Refused Deliveries & Wrong Address

Refused deliveries and wrong address returns will be subjected to 20% restocking charge. So please make sure to fill out your address correctly.
