Return Policy
You can return your products within 30 days from the delivery date to receive a refund of the product purchase price granted the items are in original conditioning.
-Please include a copy of your order invoice in your returning package.
-All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless there was an error on pur part 
-Return shipping will be paid by the buyer unless we there was an error on our part.
-Any products that have been opened, used, or broken will not be refunded.
-Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping so pack your return well.
-Any package that is refused or undeliverable due to insufficient address will be treated like a return and subjected to terms above.
-Express shipping and international shipping charges will not be refunded
International Returns
You can return your products for any reason within 30 days from delivery to receive a refund for the product purchase price. However, because return shipping is very expensive we advise you not to do so. Unless the order was our mistake we will not be refunding the original shipping cost. You will also be responsible to pay return shipping as well. A 20% restocking fee will apply.
Damaged Merchandise
For insurance purposes we may request that you send pictures by email of damaged or defective merchandise.
If you need to exchange for another product, color, or size, etc. we suggest that you place a completely new order and we will refund the old order as soon as it arrives back. This is to make sure you get the right items in your hand ASAP.
This policy does not apply to customers who receive special bulk pricing, wholesale customers, or for special orders. In these cases, you will be informed upfront. Personalized printed ribbons orders are also non-returnable.
