It will help you secure your fabric so you can begin to paint on it. The raised hard surface makes painting with ballpoint paint a breeze. For use with the Ballpoint Paint Tubes which are sold separately. Works the same as a traditional embroidery hoop. The hoop is 10 inches diameter. One Replacement blotter is included.
